 VOICE OF NIGERIAN STUDENTS (VONS) AND  ROTARACT CLUB OF HILLTOP in partnership with INTERACT CLUB OF GOVERNMENT GIRLS SECONDARY SCHOOL BIG QUA TOWN, Calabar carried out a DISEASE PREVENTION AND TREATMENT PROJECT ("PAD A GIRL"). The project tagged "GIRLS TALK TIME" involved an interactive session on "MENSTRUAL WELLNESS". The highlight of the event was the question and answer session as the students were seen asking very intelligent and crucial questions with adequate answers provided by the speaker. At the end of the session, sanitary pads were donated to the students. Personally, the smiles on their faces brought joy to my heart. #WE_GIVE_NOT_BECAUSE_WE_HAVE_TOO_MUCH_BUT_BECAUSE_WE_KNOW_HOW_IT_FEELS_NOT_TO_HAVE_NOTHING

 POST GRADUATE STUDENTS, DEPARTMENT OF SOCIOLOGY DRUMS SUPPORT FOR HON. BOBBY EKPENYONG. A delegation of Post Graduate students from the department of Sociology led by Mr. Philip Inyang, on Friday 25th of February, 2022 declared total support to the Former Mayor of Calabar and currently the Director General of Cross River State Waterways Agency upon hearing his political ambition in the state come 2023. Moses Oko pretended to be mad so as to save himself from getting arrested. When people get into trouble, they will try their best to look for ways to save themselves. Some people even go as far as pretending to be mad to escape arrest and avoid going to jail. The Police recently arrested a 20 year old boy identified as  Moses Oko , he is suspected to have murdered  Jennifer Anthony , a 300 level student of the University of Jos. He is alleged to have killed her for the purpose of money ritual. After the story went viral, Moses pretended to be insane and stayed in a mental hospital. Recall that on January 1st, the story of a young girl identified as Jennifer Anthony went viral. She was in the department of Special Education and Rehabilitation Science, in the University of Jos. Jennifer was found in a pool of blood in a hotel in Jos, her eyes were removed alongside some other organs.

 Rest on Chubuike The accident that happen yesterday took the life of this young boy called Chubuike in Awi Akamkpa Local government Cross River State. He's a well known person very popular and a cheerful giver. He's a truck mechanic that's what he do for a living may his soul rest in peace.
